2. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
All physical products offered in our shop are handcrafted and made to order.
Production Time
- Hat Blocks: approximately 2–3 weeks
- Wooden Felting Tools & Massage Tools: approximately 5–7 business days
Production begins only after payment is successfully completed.
Please note:
- These are not mass-produced items
- Each product is individually made by hand
- Production times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on workload
Shipping time is additional and starts after production is completed.
3. Digital Masterclasses
Digital masterclasses are non-physical products.
- Access to masterclasses is provided personally via email after payment
- Delivery may not be instant and can take some time due to time zone differences
- No physical materials will be shipped for digital products
4. Payments
All payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
5. No Cancellations & No Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:
- All handmade products are made to order
- Digital products provide access to intellectual property
Therefore:
- Order cancellations are not accepted
- Refunds are not provided for handmade, custom-made, or digital products
- Once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered final

- Physical products are shipped only after production is completed
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout
